We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency. Our standard turnaround time for most orders is 3–4 business days. For urgent needs, our second-shift production line enables us to complete special orders within 24 hours.


Need it even faster? Same-Day Turnaround is available by special request for critical, last-minute jobs.

At Coating Systems, our quality assurance capabilities meet even the most rigorous military and industry standards, backed by our Nadcap Accreditation for metal finishing. We are fully equipped to comply with demanding specifications, ensuring consistent, high-performance results across all projects.
Our on-site Quality Control Laboratory is staffed full-time by a quality control analyst and process engineer, and outfitted with modern, high-precision testing equipment, including:
  • X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer
  • Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer
  • Salt Spray (Corrosion) Chamber
  • Coating Thickness Gauges
  • Adhesion Testing Equipment
This robust QA infrastructure allows us to maintain tight process control, verify coating integrity, and deliver exceptional quality.

Our facility is designed for fast and reliable logistics. We operate four loading docks—three equipped with hydraulic dock levelers for smooth handling of large shipments, and one dedicated specifically to vans, pickup trucks, and automobiles for smaller deliveries.

We offer local delivery across New England using our fleet of three trucks and have established partnerships with FedEx and UPS to ensure timely shipping for customers nationwide.
