Aluminum Conversion Coatings
A chemical process that coats aluminum with a corrosion resistant film that can range in color from aluminum white to iridescent gold, depending on customer need. Advantages include superior paint adhesion and excellent corrosion resistance with electrical conductivity retained on all surfaces.
Yellow Chromate
A less robust finish than anodization that provides corrosion protection while allowing for sufficient surface conductivity. Excellent base for wet paint, powder coat, or other secondary applications. Per spec, parts will run through cleaners, etches, and deoxidizers for a complete cycle.

Chemical Film
A clear, chrome-free ROHS compliant process that provides similar capabilities as yellow chromate (i.e. corrosion protection, surface conductivity). It is also an excellent base for wet paint, powder coat, or other secondary applications. Per spec, parts will run through cleaners, etches, and deoxidizers for a complete cycle.
